Return and Exchange Policy
California Briefs Underwear guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 30 days. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange or refund.
When returning your order, be sure to include your order number or a copy of your original packing slip and indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.
If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.
Payment Methods
To purchase an item, simply add your selection to the basket by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Follow the directions provided on your "Checkout" page to complete your purchase. California Briefs Underwear currently accepts the following payment methods: Credit cards, Paylpal Express Checkout and Google Checkout.
Shipping and Handling
We carry a large inventory and usually ship in-stock orders within 12-24 hrs. We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.A. All orders shipped within the U.S.A. are shipped via the United States Postal Service. International Shipping charges are determined by the number of products you are ordering. The exact shipping & handling charge will be calculated for you on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages when you place your order.
Important: We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information. California Brief Underwear is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-US shipments. In the event that an order shipped by Air Parcel Post is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 6 months.
Sales Tax
California Briefs Underwear charges required local and state taxes for California addresses only.
Promotional Codes
From time to time, we offer special discounts and savings on selected styles that can be accessed with a Promotional Code. When we issue you a code, please enter it on the checkout page and hit "apply". Please note that Promotional Codes cannot be combined with any other offer or items already marked down.
